Standard Care

690–790 CHF / month

For owners who need regular coordination of contractors, checks and home preparation.

  • 4 home checks per month
  • contractor coordination
  • access coordination
  • preparation before arrival
  • regular photo reports
  • recommendations and follow-up
  • key holding and urgent access coordination

Full Estate Care

from 990 CHF / month

For more complete support with the home, contractors, repairs and ongoing practical matters.

Includes

  • everything in Standard Care
  • deeper follow-up of repairs and maintenance
  • renovation coordination
  • communication with family office, accountant or trusted representatives if needed
  • priority coordination for urgent issues

One-time services

  • Home preparation before arrival or season — from 490 CHF
  • Operational home audit — 690 CHF
  • Repair / renovation supervision — 18–22% of the works value
  • Exterior cleaning / exterior care — quoted after site review

External contractors’ invoices are billed separately. DomRoots Home coordinates the process, follows up the work and keeps the owner informed.

All prices are indicative. The final price depends on the size of the house, the land and your specific needs.
